2009 marks a new era in racing at Lake Whitney Mx Park, located at The WB Ranch in Whitney, Texas along side the beautiful Brazos River. With new owners, operators and management by RPM, LLC, we welcome you to join us for a great year in motocross racing. The park will open for early entry on: Wednesday, March 4, 2009. Early entry hours will be from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.. An additional early entry fee will be $20.00 per day for non hook-up and $30.00 per day for hook-up. Hook-ups will be available to only those that either have an annual hook-up, or have one for the Nationals.

Sunday, March 8 - Park Opens 7:00 a.m. - Midnight Race Registration & Post Registration: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Welcome Reception, Rider Meeting and Welcome Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. (Rider Meeting is MANDATORY)
Monday, March 9 - Park Opens 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Practice: 8:00 a.m. Pre Race Party @ The Red Bull Pavilion and Kicker Mall: 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday - Saturday March 10-14 Park Opens 6:00 a.m. -11:00 p.m. Racing begins at 8:00 a.m.
Sunday, March 15 - Make-up/ weather day if necessary
Admission Fees - All persons who enter the park MUST sign in and purchase an armband before entering track property. ALL ADMISSION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Saturday, March 7th, Sunday, March 8th - Sunday, March 15th $80.00 per person
Monday, March 9th - Sunday, March 15th $70.00 per person
Starting Tuesday, March 10th $15.00 per day per person
3 years of age and under and 65 years of age and older NO CHARGE

Early Admission Fees - THESE FEES CAN NOT BE PAID FOR ONLINE The park will open for early arrival beginning Wednesday, March 4th at a fee of $20.00 per day per vehicle (non hook-up) cash only. If you have a hook-up for the week of Nationals, the fee will be $30.00 per day per vehicle cash only. If you arrive prior to Wednesday, March 4th , you will be aligned nose to tail in the back portion of the Lake Whitney Mx facility. ABSOULETY NO SET UP BEFORE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4. We will operate on a first in/first out basis, with the hook-up spaces being First Out. $20.00 per day cash only (hook-ups not available for use until Wednesday, March 4th .)
Pit Vehicle Permits -Pit bikes, mopeds, golf carts and mules will be allowed to purchase a $20.00 pass. This pass is for transportation ONLY and not for pit riding or racing (ABSOULETY NO PIT RIDING). You MUST be 18 years of age or older to purchase a pit vehicle pass. All pit vehicles with no lights will be put away at dark. All others will be parked at 9:00 p.m. PROMPTLY . Management reserves the right to revoke or impound any passes or vehicles violating the park rules or unsafe operation thereof.
Parking/Camping Fees -For non hook-ups beginning on Saturday, March 7th the fee will be $80.00 for the week until Sunday, March 15th beginning Tuesday, March 10th the fee will be $15.00 per day. All parking and gate fees MUST be paid in full before entering the park NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All vehicles must have camping permits visibly displayed. Extra vehicle permits are $20.00. Please enter the park with the friends you want to camp with, we can not hold spaces for them. RV Hook-ups 1st come 1st serve in advance. Available only with online registration (No mail ins).
RACE RULES YOU NEED TO KNOW
Riding Numbers/Colors - To assure accuracy in scoring, there will be no duplicate numbers. Early entry will reserve your number. If registering online, you will be prompted to pick a different number if your number is already taken. You will need to do this to proceed with the online registration. If you mail your entry in via US mail, we will contact you if your number needs to be changed in ample time for you to get new number plates. You MUST have contrasting numbers and plate backgrounds. Example: White /Black Background or Black Background/White .
Minors Rider under the age of 18. Parent, legal guardian or “authorized adult” MUST complete minor release. In the case of an “authorized adult”, he/she must provide notarized legal documentation of said authorization of guardianship with minor release to registration clerk at registration or pre-registration. RPM, LLC will retain original said documentation as property owned by them. Authorized adults should retain a copy for their own records or needs. All persons signing a minor release must remain with said minor until the conclusion of the event or until competition is complete. All persons signing any release with minor must be prepared to show proof of identity and guardianship. If you are the legal parent, you do not have to fill this form out, only someone that is responsible for a minor other than parent for the duration of the event.
Starting Gate Procedure - NO TOOLS OR FARMING IN FRONT OF CONCRETE STARTING APRON. Brooms are allowed only on concrete. ONE mechanic per rider allowed in staging.
PRACTICE -The staging area will be used for all groups practicing. All riders must have practice stickers and armbands. NO turning around or cutting lanes to retry sections of the track. NO stopping on the track.
Mandatory Riders Meeting - This will take place on Sunday, March 8 beginning at 6:00 p.m.. It is very important that you attend this meeting. Topics of discussion will include safety, caution flags, protest, scoring, qualifying divisions, stock rules and many other important topics.

Awards - Awards will be given 1st - 10th place.
Pro Payout - $12,000.00 total purse to be paid out per moto to 250 A, Open A, 250 A ProSport, Open A Pro/Sport. 25+ A, 30+A,
Women Pro Payout - will $1,000.00 overall per class.

This is for shipping only, this is not a good address for Mapquest. Follow directions below to get to the track, Mapquest will not work.
