Nice, I know Geoff over at GPTech Has his bike togeather and my bike is almost done, just have to finish machining the lower triple clamp for the R6 front end. Who shortened your front forks??

simply install a spacer of the desired length inside the damping rod to limit travel, then cut and reform the spring the desired amount, easy?

Never have I gotten into the front suspension ever. Maybe its time to do it.
